Video appointment is a viable option for those who cannot come visit our distribution warehouses in UK

Please note :

That the time you booked is London time 

  • Minimum spend is £120, a price list has been attached below.
  • There is two hour time limit to your Video Handpick 
  • Need an WhatsApp account, when you place an order please leave a note with your WhatsApp account , We will video-select products with you via WhatsApp at the scheduled time
  • After the selection is completed, you will be informed of the postage amount based on the weight of the clothes.

  • £20 is a deposit placed for the allocated handpick appointment. This will be deducted from the total bill on the day

    Note: If you are intending on changing the date of your allocated slot, please contact northvintagewholesale@gmail.com or 07555128891 on WhatsApp with your order number, contact name and preferred date. Any cancellations are strictly non-refundable. 

Shipping

  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order - 
  • Please allow 2-3 days for you order to be processed and arranged
  • We use DHL Courier and shipping should take between 1-2 working days in the UK
  • We use a range of couriers for International orders depending on destination country including Fedex, TNT, DHL, DPD
  • Please allow 7-12 workings days for all international orders to arrive

 

  • We accept all refunds on orders within 14 days of arrival, please visit our returns page for full terms & conditions. 

Grading A & B

Grade A

    • Items will be in good used condition
    • Will contain no major flaws but may have minor stains and/or fabric tearing or abrasion which may be noticeable; 

Grade B

    • Garment has apparent stains and/or fabric wear; these problems are either irreparable or have been repaired, but are not perfect in appearance

 

Please note, since all items are second hand used clothing, please expect the items to have some general signs of wear!
